Private Breathwork Session

A private session with you located in my studio space or online. This session is designed to meet you where you are at this moment. It can last up to 1:40 in length. It can also be tailored to your personal needs much more than a group session would be. This session is great for people that want to try Breathwork but are feeling unsure around what may happen during the session. They are also great for someone that prefers a private setting rather than a group setting.

Partner Breathwork Session

A partner session is wonderful for any two people looking to deepen their connection with one another. This session is beneficial for intimate partners or relationships and can support relationships with friends and family. This session can be held at my studio or online and is 1:40 in length.

1 Hour Reiki session

This session can be in person, or we can have a distance Reiki session held over Zoom. Online does not affect the session. Energy is energy no matter where you are. Reiki is a great was to move blockages and get your energy flowing as it were intended before life got in the way. If you chose a distance, please be sure that you will not be interrupted for the session.

30 Minute Reiki session

Intimate Breathwork group session

Group session are held at a specific location or online. This is for an intimate group of 2-4. They will have a specific theme or intention for everyone. It can last up to a 60-75 min in length. If online, you have to be in the same room to get the group rate.

Group Breathwork session

Group session are held at a specific location or online. This is a per person rate for 5 or more. They will have a specific theme or intention for everyone. It can last up to a 60-75 min in length.

Gift cards

Everyone can benefit from Breathwork. Giving a gift card is a great way to help someone who wants to learn more about themselves. It is also a great way for couples to take those first steps in healing their journey or just to deepen their connection with each other. It really is a beautiful self-love gift. Breathwork is not recommended for people with the conditions stated below:

- Pregnancy

- Asthma- Please consult with your doctor before the class. If approved, please bring your inhaler

- Epilepsy

- Detached retina

- Glaucoma

- Uncontrolled high blood pressure

- Cardiovascular Diseases (including prior heart attack)

- Mental disorders (manic disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), paranoia, psychotic episodes, depersonalization, etc.)

- Strokes, TIA´s, seizures or other brain/neurological conditions

- A history of aneurysms in your immediate family

- Use of prescription blood thinners

- Hospitalized for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the past 5 years

- Osteoporosis or physical injuries that are not fully healed

- Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD-II and COPD-III)

- Chronic diseases with symptoms of decompensation or terminal illness

- Individual intolerance of oxygen insufficiency

- Cancer, unless IHT is prescribed by a doctor
